VidCruiter is proud to announce that it has appointed Martin Conboy as Managing Director of the Australasia market. Martin will look to expand VidCruiter’s relationship with companies in both the Australian and Asian enterprise and recruitment sectors. He will also lead an expanding team of VidCruiter resellers in the region.

Martin Conboy is based in Sydney, NSW and he comments on his new remit, “The Australasian market is right on the cusp of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The internet has changed irrevocably and forever the way that we work and a few short years after it first came into existence we stand on the threshold of a technological revolution that will fundamentally alter the way we live, work and communicate with one another. We are now seeing HR management innovators and early adopters setting the trend as they seek to gain a competitive advantage by changing the way they service their internal hiring managers and freeing themselves to concentrate on growing and developing their HR responsibilities. Tough economic times and a more considered approach to operating expenses have driven the need to reduce costs inside corporations. Martin Conboy brings a wealth of sales and management experience to VidCruiter gained through a long and successful career spent leading services-based organizations through various stages of growth, from initial establishment to regional deployments across in various locations across the world.
